Sales & Display Policy:
All items intended for sale or display must be pre-approved by the organizer. Products that conflict with the event’s concept and policies will not be permitted.

Booth location assignments and additional facility requests may be processed collectively at the discretion of the organizer.
How to Apply
(1) Complete the Online Application Form
Fill out the official online application form with the following information:
- Company and product name
- Contact details (phone number, email, representative information)
- Description of items to be exhibited and/or sold
(2) Submit Required Documents
- Participation fee payment
- Additional Facility Request Form
- Any other documents requested by the organizer
Important Guidelines
· Due to limited space, applications will be confirmed in the order of payment received.
· Assigned spaces may only be used by the registered exhibitor.
· Transfer or subleasing to another party without prior approval from the organizer is strictly prohibited.
· Promotional materials and exhibits must be displayed strictly within the assigned space.
· The organizer reserves the right to request relocation of items that obstruct entrances, aisles, or emergency exits.
· Items not declared in the application form or deemed inconsistent with the event's concept may be restricted from display or sale.
· The sale of counterfeit, unauthorized, or otherwise illegal products is strictly prohibited.
· Participation and sales rights may be revoked at the discretion of the organizer.
· On-site setup will not be permitted on the event day.
· All exhibitors must complete booth setup within their assigned space on the designated setup day.
· The sale and outside delivery of food and beverages within the venue are not permitted.
Guidelines for Content Operations and Exhibition Standards
· KCCF 2026 aims to create a wholesome environment that visitors of all ages can enjoy. The organizers will monitor the venue throughout the event and may request corrections for any content deemed obscene by social standards.
· The exhibition, display, sale, or performance of excessively suggestive or violent illustrations, life-size standees, videos, or cards in public spaces (both online and offline, including booth exterior walls) may result in immediate requests for masking, removal, or dispersal by the organizers.
· Participating exhibitors (sellers) bear full legal responsibility for all items and content exhibited or sold. Failure to comply with the organizers' requests for correction, or intentional and repeated violations, may lead to penalties such as the suspension of booth operations and restrictions on participation in future events.
